OUR PRACTICE
Our staff uses the most technologically advanced procedures and has been individually selected and extensively trained in Women’s Healthcare. Because we believe that all women deserve to receive personalized, professional care, our goal is to provide the highest level of medical care to women of all ages with concern, compassion and integrity. In addition, we advocate patient education and prevention.

LOCATION & SCHEDULING
We are conveniently located in the Las Colinas Professional Building at 6750 North MacArthur Blvd, Suite 311 in Irving. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM. Appointments are scheduled from 7:15AM to 3:30PM. Please call our office at 972-401-1563 to schedule your appointment. We will make every effort to see you as quickly as possible. Urgent issues can usually be addressed the very same day. It is in your best interest to provide the receptionist with as much information as possible regarding your appointment needs. This allows for an appropriate amount of time to be scheduled to address your concerns.

INSURANCE
Dr. Mace-Motta is affiliated with most of the areas major insurance plans. Our office acts as an advocate for our patient in dealing with their managed care plans. This may include completing precertification, eligibility verification, as well as other requested forms on behalf of our patients such as FMLA, Short Term Disability, etc. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for understanding her benefits and providing our office with current information. This allows for filing of insurance in a timely manner. Co-pay, co-insurance or payment for service is required at the time of your visit. Checks, cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

SERVICES
Women’s Wellness Exams – Dr. Mace-Motta recognizes the unique concerns and risks associated with the healthcare of women of all ages. It is important to Dr. Mace-Motta for women to understand the physical and emotional changes that take place in each phase of life. Well Woman exams consist of a breast exam, pelvic exam, pap smear with HPV screening, rectal exam after age 40, bone density screening after age 50 and mammography after age 35. Insurance benefits vary from company to company and plan to plan; therefore you should check with your member services department to determine benefits for routine exams and types of birth control coverage.

Surgical Procedures – Dr. Mace-Motta utilizes advanced, less invasive laparoscopic, hysteroscopic and conventional surgical techniques to meet the varying needs of her individual patients. Among the procedures performed are hysteroscopy, laparoscopic hysterectomy, traditional hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, tubal ligation, Essure, operative laparoscopy and reconstructive vaginal surgery. We also offer office hysteroscopy and colposcopy.

Pregnancy and Childbirth – Having a baby is an important decision to you and your family. Dr. Mace-Motta and her staff are available to answer questions, offer support and provide information to assist you in making healthy choices for you and your baby.

Menopause – Dr. Mace-Motta provides her patients with the latest information regarding this natural phase of life. New therapies along with medical and lifestyle recommendations can be utilized to alleviate some of the anxieties many women have.
